All material on this site is protected by copyright. You may only copy, download and reproduce it for your own personal use. You must not use it for reproduction on any other website, or in any way for commercial purposes or for gain, unless you first obtain our written consent.

Domain registrations

Domains purchased and registered on your behalf for the purposes of holding a website or creating email mailboxes are owned by Terry Dallimer trading as TND Creative, unless it has been agreed otherwise. Domains and domain ownership can be transferred at any time, for a fee. In the event that a website is removed or taken offline at your request, the domain will remain the property of Terry Dallimer trading as TND Creative unless it has been agreed and ownership has been transferred.

Sales and services

Goods and services advertised on this website may not actually be available at the time of enquiry. We constantly work to keep the site up to date but some offerings may expire.

Prices and payment

Prices on this website are shown in pounds sterling. Where VAT applies it is shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment online by card through Stripe, and through PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details at any point. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. If something you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, or if a price has been listed in error, we will contact you before going any further and you will not be charged.

Made to order items

Printed and personalised items are made to your order. Because they cannot be resold, the usual right to change your mind within fourteen days does not apply to them. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. Our refunds and returns policy sets out how that works. We print from the artwork supplied to us. Please check spelling, sizes and quantities on your proof before approving it, as we cannot remake an order at our cost once it has been approved and printed.

Delivery

Our chosen postage service is Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. We may use alternative methods to meet deadlines where necessary. Lead times shown on a product are working days from artwork approval, not from the moment you order.

Free merchandise shops

We offer complimentary online merchandise shops for customers wishing to sell branded products to their clients, customers or community members, including parents, teams and supporters. 

Where a shop earns a commission for the organisation it belongs to, the rate is agreed in writing before the shop goes live. Commission is calculated on the value of goods sold excluding VAT and delivery, and is paid on request once it reaches the agreed minimum. We handle every payment taken through the shop, and the organisation holds no stock and carries no financial risk. We may close a shop that has had no orders for twelve months. We will always contact the organisation first.

Deposit payments

Deposit payments for works quoted are non refundable.

Graphic design and artwork

All artwork is the property of Terry Dallimer trading as TND Creative until paid for in full. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any logo, image or wording you supply to us.

Website hosting

Hosting accounts supplied by TND Creative which are paid annually are non refundable.

Retainers, websites and hosting

We require 30 days notice to cancel a retainer, or a website or email hosting account.

Marketing emails

If you purchase from us, we may use your email address to send you information about similar products or services. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email.
