Every school gets two online shops with its badge: one for staff workwear, one for parents and carers to buy PE kit, leisurewear, dance kit and leavers and school trip hoodies. We design, print, ship and deal with every question along the way. The office deals with nothing.
What the school gets back
Most schools we talk to are running kit from a cupboard: a box of hoodies in odd sizes, envelopes of cash, a spreadsheet someone has to keep, a queue at the office door asking whether the age 7 to 8 is in yet, and a separate scramble every September for staff polos and fleeces. Your shops end all of it.
Parents pick the right size themselves and pay online. Staff order their own workwear the same way. Every order comes straight to us to print and post, and every question about a size, a delivery or a return comes to us as well. We act as an extension of the school: parents and staff deal with us, and the office deals with nothing.

Both shops are password protected: one password for staff, one for families. They go in the staff bulletin and the newsletter, and that is the office's whole job.

What does the school have to do?
Send us your badge, approve the designs, and put the links and passwords in the staff bulletin and the newsletter. That is the whole job.
Why two shops?
Staff workwear and children's kit are different ranges for different people. Keeping them apart means parents only ever see kit for their children, staff only see workwear, and each shop has its own password.
Who deals with parents' and staff questions?
We do. Sizing, delivery, returns, anything at all: they contact us directly, so nothing lands on the office.
Who approves the designs?
You do. Nothing goes in either shop until the school has signed it off.
Can the PTA run the parents shop instead of the office?
Yes. The shop owner login can sit with whoever you choose.
Do parents need an account?
No. They can check out as a guest. An account lets them see previous orders and track current ones.
What about parents who would rather spread the cost?
Klarna at checkout lets them split it into three or pay in 30 days, at no cost to the school.
Can leavers hoodies have names on the back?
Yes. Every name in the year group can go on the back, and each parent orders their own child's size.
Can the school order staff workwear in bulk instead?
Yes. Staff can buy their own through the shop, or the office can send us one order for the whole team and we invoice the school.
How quickly can we launch?
Usually within two weeks of you approving the designs.
Is there really nothing to pay?
Nothing, ever, for the school. No setup fee, no hosting, no monthly fee and no minimum order. Parents and staff pay for what they buy.
