Can it handle deposits and stage payments?
Yes. Estimates are laid out in stages with a deposit, and each stage is invoiced as the job moves on, all on your own letterhead.
Can I attach drawings and photos to a job?
Yes. Everything about the job lives on its record, including photos taken on site from a phone and documents from the architect.
Can my subcontractors see the diary?
Yes, if you want them to. Every login shows that person only what they need: a subcontractor sees their jobs, the office sees everything.
Can my team use it on site?
Yes. The portal works on any phone or tablet and can be added to the home screen like an app. Staff see only what they need.
Can customers see how their job is going?
A customer area can show them their estimate, their schedule and photos as the job goes on. It is built in where a builder wants it.
What does it cost?
One monthly fee and one one-off build cost, with hosting included on every tier: from £50 plus VAT a month with a £500 plus VAT build for content management, up to £500 plus VAT a month with a £2,500 plus VAT build for the full business platform. Business email is £8 plus VAT per mailbox per month. The tiers are listed on this page, and you can move up at any time.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can send a WhatsApp message you can send an estimate. We set everything up, load your prices, templates and customers, and walk your team through it. After that we are a phone call away.

Who owns the website and the data?
You do. Your domain, your customers, your content. Everything sits on your own domain behind a login, with a security certificate and backups.
