Domain Registrations

Domains purchased and registered on your behalf for the purposes of “holding” a website and/or creating email mailboxes are owned by Terry Dallimer T/as TND Creative unless it has been agreed otherwise. Domains and domain ownership can be transfered at any time, for a fee.

In the event that a webiste is removed/taken offline at your request the domain will remain the property of Terry Dallimer T/as TND Creative unless it has been agreed and ownership has been transferred.

Goods and services advertised on this website may not actually be available at the time of enquiry. We constantly work to keep the site up to date but some offerings may expire.

FREE Merchandise Shops

We offer complimentary online merchandise shops for customers wishing to sell branded products to their clients, customers, or community members (including parents, teams, and supporters). This free service is conditional upon an initial order being placed prior to the shop going live, with a minimum order value of £150 (excluding VAT).

If no initial order is placed, a setup fee will apply at the rate of £120 + VAT for shops containing up to 10 items, or £180 + VAT for shops containing up to 20 items. Additional items or custom features may incur further charges as agreed in advance.

Deposit Payments

Deposit payments for works quoted are non refundable.

Graphic Design/Artwork

All artwork is the property of Terry Dallimer T/as TND Creative until paid for in full.

Website Hosting

Hosting accounts supplied by TND Creative which are paid annually are non refundable.

Retainers/Website & Hosting

We will require 30 days notice to cancel a retainer or website/email hosting account.
